INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
As a Services Information Developer, you will join an
industry-leading organization and get involved in the full lifecycle
development of the most advanced products and
services solutions. Through
application
of standard software development lifecycle methodologies, you will have
the opportunity to engage in the conceptualization, design, unit-test
development, configuration, and implementation of new or enhanced
business and technical software solutions. You will collaborate with
internal and client teamsto expand understanding of the customer
business environment, technical context, and organizational strategy.
You will work with your teams to identify business and/or technical
problems and develop solutions. Aligning with HP’s

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Participates as a member of a development team
- Completes development of units with designs prepared by more senior developers
- Participates in code reviews
- Prepares and executes unit tests
- Expands technical knowledge to refresh and maintain domain expertise in a technology area (e.g. Web site Development)
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed prior to start date) in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, information systems, or related fields
- Knowledge of and/or experience with one or more of the following: COBOL, PL/1, Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net
- Basic understanding of RDBMS databases, such as SQL Server and Oracle
- Basic knowledge of testing tools and unit test scripting
- Knowledge of and/or experience with an Integrated Development Environment (e.g., Eclipse, Visual Studio)
- Passion for technology
- Eager, quick learner with strong team-work spirit
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
